#1: Have a Written Daily Mode of Operations.
A daily mode of operations is like a series of activities you do day in day out on a consistent basis in order to grow your business.
You should have a simple checklist of task you are going to do each day in your business. You must also ensure that 90% of those activities are income producing activities
Every night before going to bed, make a list of at least 3 things you’ll do the next day to grow your business.
It could be creating 1 piece of content to generate leads, following up with a prospect, or showing the opportunity to 2 persons.
#2: Invest at Least 30 Minutes Each Day on Your Personal
Your business will only grow as much as you do
- Invest at least 30 minutes every day to read 10 pages of a book
- listen to an audio
- or watch a video on YouTube to grow your skills and mindset.
#3: Have a Written Business & Marketing Plan.
All successful businesses have a written business and marketing plan.
You should take the time to create a written business plan for your MLM business, to include your marketing plan.
Your business plan doesn’t have to be 10 pages long ❌. A one paged plan is enough✔.
The fundamental questions to keep in mind when crafting your business plan are:
- What are your goals?
- What makes you different?
- Why should people join you over thousands of people in your company who are promoting the exact opportunity and product?
- How will you find prospects?
- How will you acquire customers?
When you are done creating your plan, refer to it daily to ensure you keep yourself on track. Plan your work and then work your plan.
#4: Make Two or More Exposures Every Single Day.
No one closes a shop and expect to make sales.
If people are not seeing your business then you don’t have a business.
This is a business of exposures. No matter what, make sure you expose your business to two new people every day.
The more exposures you get, the more opportunity you have of closing a prospect.
#5: Focus 90% of Your Effort on The Money Making Activities.
There is a difference between being busy and being productive.
There are only two activities we get paid for in this industry; retailing and recruiting.
Be sure that you spend 90% of your work hours on doing those two things.
Invest at least 1 hour daily on income producing activities.
If you will go to a job for 8-12 hours per day, be willing to set aside 1 hour per day to grow your business.
#6: Learn Lead Generation & Marketing
Leads are the lifeblood of any business and you must become a master at getting leads.

#7: Set a Work Schedule Every New Week
If you have a work schedule at your job then you need one for your business, too.

You should invest at least two working hours every day doing the activities that will grow your business.
